Ingredients
150g pumpkin puree
75ml coconut oil, melted
240g coconut sugar
150ml unsweetened almond milk
3 scoops Chai, Turmeric + Maca Clean Lean Protein
180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
80g dried cranberries

Method

Preheat oven to 180°c and line a muffin tray with 12 liners.

To a bowl, add the pumpkin puree, coconut oil and sugar and whisk to combine.

Next add the protein powder, flour, baking powder, spices and milk and stir until just combined.

Finally fold through the cranberries until evenly distributed.

Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes until a skewer comes out clean

Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
