Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 serving Nuzest Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
1 tbsp gelatin powder
1 roasted pepper
1 tsp mixed dried herbs
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
In a high speed blender blend the cottage cheese, egg, and all the other ingredients until smooth. No longer than 2min of blending. Pour the mixture onto the non stick lined baking tray immediately as the mixture will start to set. Spread the mixture out evenly.
Bake between 25-40minutes (the time is all down to how thick you made the wrap). Ideally you want the wrap to be golden brown on top and slightly soft to the touch before removing from oven.
Once baked, remove from the oven, tip the wrap face down onto a drying rack. Allowing it to cool.
Once cooled, fill the wrap with some roasted pepper, thinly sliced cucumber, optional add in some avocado, drizzle with a delicious creamy vegan cashew cheese dressing. Roll the wraps firmly. Cut the wrap into half’s and enjoy.
