- 1.5 Cups coconut water
- 2 Handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 Cup berries of your choice frozen
- 1 Large ripe banana frozen

Method:
To your high speed blender add the liquid followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into your bowl. Drizzle with creamy tahini, sprinkle some nuts or seeds, optional adding some delicious berries or sliced fig.
