Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup coconut flour
- 1 Cup desiccated coconut
- 1 Cup runny tahini
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2 Scoops Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Vanilla Caramel
- 1/2 tsp Celtic salt
- 1/3 Cup coconut oil
- 3 Medjool dates (chopped finely) optional
To a large mixing bowl add your coconut flour, desiccated coconut followed by the tahini paste. Mix until well combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a sticky dough consistency. If you find the mixture is too wet, add a little more desiccated coconut. If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra tahini paste.
Once you have measured out each ball. Place them on a non stick tray. Allow to freeze for 2 hours before serving. Optional drizzle some dark chocolate on top for some added texture.
