Toppings:
Sugar free melted dark chocolate
Fresh strawberry slices
It is certainly a healthy dessert swap, making it sugar free and you can omit the chocolate topping and use this as a breakfast, snack, or then of course a dessert!
Chia seeds gel up to make a pudding-like consistency that’s similar to tapioca. And since chia seeds are so healthy, this is a guilt-free dessert recipe that’s vegan, dairy free, paleo friendly and even keto!
Method:
To your high speed blender add all the ingredients for the chia pudding and blend until thick and creamy. If you find the liquid too thick just add a little more nut milk.
Pour the mixture into your pudding jars. Fill to about 2/3 of the way. Place the chia pudding the refrigerator for an hour to set.
Finally drizzle with dark chocolate and refrigerate for another 30min - 1 hours or overnight.
Enjoy a delicious healthy dessert swap
