1 frozen banana
2-3 tbsp plant-based milk (plus more if too thick)
1 scoop of Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
**Matcha ingredients**
2-3 tbsp plant-based milk (plus more if too thick)
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein
30g fresh baby spinach
1-2 pitted dates, pitted
3 cubes ice
For the Matcha Smoothie
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
- For a thick smoothie bowl add just enough liquid to turn the blender blade and be patient. For a thinner, drinkable smoothie, add more liquid.
For the Raspberry Smoothie
